When hiring a professional real estate photographer you should make sure that they are licensed and experienced. At Zap Jax Photography we are licensed remote pilots under 14 CFR Part 107 which allows us to operate drones for commercial use. Before every flight, we file a flight plan and get approval from any necessary airport and/or FAA facilities to make sure our work is done safely and legally.
